Chichester Central School Administrative Assistant

Chichester Central School is actively seeking an administrative assistant.  This is a 210 day position.  This position requires wearing many hats in our K-8 building serving approximately 215 students.  This position is also responsible for accurate student data collection, input and reporting, student registration, special education paperwork, filing, managing the general supplies for the building, bookkeeping, budget support, communicating with parents, students, staff, and vendors, creating requisitions and  purchase orders, along with clerical support.

The qualified candidate will have previous successful secretarial, organizational and administrative assistant experience.  Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, along with proficiency using MS Office, Google Drive, Alma and Infinite Visions experience preferred.
