Seeking full time receptionist for SAU #53 office beginning July 1, 2019. Position is primarily responsible for answering phones, routing calls, greeting the public, distributing incoming mail, and overseeing the district substitute list. Additional duties include maintaining the district’s record of fingerprinted employees and volunteers, posting job vacancies, performing reference checks on potential substitutes, closing files, and ordering office supplies. This position will provide support to the accounting and human resource departments as necessary. Experience with Word and Excel is necessary. Ideal abilities include a self-starting person with a positive attitude, excellent organization skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multitask.
