Under direction of the school principal, the Chichester Central School Head of Maintenance has the responsibility for the management of the school’s physical plant, real property and grounds maintenance. The Head of Maintenance is responsible for a safe, secure and clean working and learning environment for all students, staff and visitors. General and special instructions are received from the school principal or designee. Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors, students, and staff. The Head of Maintenance manages inventory of supplies and equipment and leads the school’s custodial team.
This is a full time, year round position. 40 hours/week, $16-$17/hr based on experience.
Chichester Central School is a K-8 elementary school with approximately 200 students and 48 part and full time staff members.
